Delivered strategic advisory and led technical mapping workshops for 21 national vocational training centres to evaluate and standardise equipment requirements.
Aligned public vocational training curricula and technical infrastructure directly with current and future demand from industry, business and the labour market (DUDIKA).
Provided actionable recommendations to optimise resource allocation, enhance training flexibility and strengthen national labour market capability under the LISTRAF programme.
